About BluePrint
BluePrint Legacy Carolina, LLC was created to help people turn plans into action. Today, we offer digital support for property and landlord needs, business formation and administration, websites, branding, and marketing. Our in-person mobile notary and handyman services are currently available only in the Fairfax, Virginia area.
The name BluePrint reflects how we are building this company: step by step, from the ground up. Our long-term vision is to create housing opportunities in South Carolina, including transitional housing, participation in applicable HUD-related programs, long-term and short-term rentals, and tiny living.
That housing vision is still in development. We are researching requirements, pursuing applicable licenses and certifications, and exploring funding and partnerships. The services in this guide are how we serve clients today while building toward Land • Homes • Legacy.

Prices shown are starting rates for marketing and informational purposes. Final pricing will be based on the client's specific needs, scope of work, materials, location, complexity, and other applicable factors. Final scope, pricing, payment terms, and services will be confirmed in a written agreement or contract signed by both parties before work begins.
Any services requested outside the signed scope may require additional written authorization and additional charges.

Mobile Notary & Loan Signing
General Mobile Notary Appointment
Starting at $75Standard local mobile notary appointment. Additional charges may apply for additional notarial acts, extended travel, after-hours/weekend or emergency appointments, and parking/tolls.
Specialized / Loan Signing
Starting at $150Final pricing depends on document package, travel, printing, appointment logistics, and scope.
The Starting At price above covers the mobile appointment itself. It is separate from the notarial-act fee charged for each notarized signature, which is set by Virginia law: up to $10 per traditional notarial act and up to $25 per specified electronic notarial act. Notary services do not include legal advice or legal document preparation.
Handyman & Unit Turnover Support
Reliable help for everyday repairs, installations, maintenance, and property projects. This starting price reflects a project/service-call rate and is not a guarantee that every handyman project will cost $100. Services may include:
- Furniture moving and assembly
- Drywall patching and minor repairs
- Interior painting and touch-ups
- Wax ring replacement
- Toilet installation/replacement where legally permitted
- Shelving installation
- Blind and curtain hardware installation
- Fixture and hardware installation

Handyman & Unit Turnover Support is offered only where BluePrint Legacy Carolina is properly registered and licensed for the applicable location and scope of work. Materials are additional unless specifically included in the written estimate or agreement. Work requiring a licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other regulated trade professional is outside BluePrint's handyman scope and will be referred to an appropriately licensed professional.

Starting at $500This is a customizable startup-support package. Depending on the signed scope, it may include a combination of LLC filing assistance, EIN assistance, business email setup, basic digital organization, a business checklist, administrative templates, social-media setup, website consultation, and business launch organization. Government fees and third-party costs are additional.
Payroll Setup & Business Support
Starting at $200May include: basic payroll-system setup assistance, employee information organization, payroll workflow organization, administrative support, and a basic payroll calendar.
Ongoing Administrative / Payroll Support

Basic Website Design & Set-Up
Website packages are designed to provide an affordable, professional starting point for small businesses. The website-building platform is selected based on your project's needs and agreed upon before work begins. Every business has different needs, so projects requiring additional pages, features, content, integrations, or customization will be quoted separately before additional work begins.
Built for a new or small business that needs a clean, professional online presence.
Includes: up to 3 basic pages, basic page layout and formatting, Home/About information, services information, contact information, client-provided photos/logo/written content, basic buttons and external links, basic contact/inquiry form, mobile-friendly platform layout, social-media links, one revision round, basic website publishing/setup assistance, and a short client walkthrough.
Includes everything in the Starter package, plus: up to 5 basic pages, additional service/content sections, Resources or FAQ page, more detailed contact/inquiry form, additional buttons and links, and basic organization of client-provided content.

These packages are for basic website setup only: professionally organized starter business websites, not custom-coded websites. Pricing does NOT include: custom coding, complex booking systems, customer login systems, advanced SEO campaigns, extensive copywriting, complex integrations, e-commerce or online stores, membership portals, advanced databases, large product catalogs, unlimited revisions, or advanced custom graphics or animations.
Anything outside the package scope requires a custom quote. Client must provide the business information, service details, photographs, and other content needed to build the website unless additional content-development services are purchased. Domain registration, hosting, premium software, paid templates, applications, plug-ins, and third-party subscriptions are separate and are the client's responsibility unless specifically included in the signed agreement.
If a client does not already have a logo, BluePrint Legacy Carolina can assist.

Starting at $150A simple, professional startup logo, not a full corporate branding engagement. More complex logo development, multiple concepts, extensive revisions, custom illustrations, or complete brand-development services require a separate quote.

BluePrint Legacy Carolina offers basic marketing and brand-support services for new and small businesses that need help establishing a professional and consistent presence.
These services are designed for practical startup and small-business marketing needs and are not intended to replace a full-service advertising, public-relations, or digital-marketing agency.

Final pricing, scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, deposits, materials, and additional costs must be established in a written agreement or contract signed by BluePrint Legacy Carolina, LLC and the client before work begins.
No client should assume that a listed starting price represents the final project cost until the scope and pricing have been agreed upon in writing.
Work outside the signed scope may require a written change order, additional authorization, or an updated agreement — and may result in added charges.
Government filing fees, permits, materials, tolls, parking, domain/hosting fees, and subscriptions are separate unless included in the signed agreement.
Full pricing, service details, and applicable disclosures for each service are confirmed at the time of quote and in your signed service agreement.
